@@GabrielleWeaver Workers would never push the ride up the hill. The train itself probably weighs ~1000 pounds and the riders combined probably weigh another 4000 pounds. So that’s about 5,000 pounds uphill. Yes it’s on wheels, but that’s still not something anyone is going to be able to push up a 200 foot hill. It would also be extremely illegal to have workers do that. Train stoppages on the lift hill are completely normal and safe. The anti-rollback will prevent it from falling down the hill and the ride stops because the safety system is working properly. Rides can stop because of sensors being tripped on the ride, the next block zone not being open, operator shutting the ride down for various reasons (most commonly someone took out their phone), etc… Workers will go on the hill up to the train when it stops to talk to the guests and reassure them/ inform them of what is happening and answer any questions so they aren’t just sitting there having no idea what is going on. But a worker would never push a ride up the hill. They wouldn’t be able to and even if they could it’s extremely dangerous for them to try and the park would face serious legal consequences for it

Rode it as Phantom in the 90's as my first steel coaster. Rode it in between, but it became my 7 year old's first yesterday. She has SO MUCH FUN! We have a new coaster fan on our hands!

@@iamtinfamousxii9326 rode both. No drop at cedar point compares to the phantoms second drop as far as the sensation. I’ve ridden over 350 coasters so far.. maybe it’s hometown bias but the second drop is bliss.

The first hill has the biggest drop and tou get some ejector air time.. plus for an arrow it is super smooth

@@Kennywood_Fanatic It is not an arrow coaster, it was once an arrow coaster when it originally opened. Since it was replaced, the only arrow portions of the ride are the Station, Lift Hill, and the Brake Run. The first drop used to be arrow until the 2009 season, then they replaced it along with the track up until the second drop. Just wanted to correct you as tiny details matter a lot. But I know what you meant.

The dropping feeling is definitely more extreme on Jack Rabbit, the big drops on Phantom start more gradually. The smaller hills are more abrupt, but I wouldn't call it a "dropping" feeling since they're so small, there's no time to feel like you're falling.

It’s good bro I just rode this today there are times where you get some positive and negative g forces but it is a fun ride

No sadly. The original ride called Steel Phantom had 4 inversions but they removed them I don't know why
