There is nothing called 'application'. You pay the conference fee and enroll. One example: virtueinsight.com/event/pharmacovigilance-2023/

Yes indeed. You can either ask your company to sponsor or reach out to the organizer for a discount if you are paying from your pocket. They would undoubtedly accommodate.
