Insightful advice. Can see myself taking all the advice, as a newly starting research technician. Also likely applicable to other entry-level posts. Wasted 2.5 years of my intial phd years… did a vast literature review and managed to write 2 review papers. Struggling to find the right journal and formatting it into its template. Therefore havnt got into my real research work. Feel low and demotivated Though ur video kind of pushed me back on track… I still feel lost

Nothing was given to me. Totally abandoned by my supervisor and colleagues. Studying abroad. This PhD ruined my life. I hate academia. I wanna die, but I have a son.
