My recommendation would be to always go for job, ALWAYS. The chances of succeeding after getting a job are significantly higher than the chances of succeeding after doing a master's or a PhD. I have a PhD and all my friends who did not even do a master's are earning twice as much. Also if you are planning on doing a master's in anything other than computer science or telecommunications then you are wasting your time. Your time would be better spent learning coding or getting coding certificates than spending time in master's of civil or mechanical or electrical or one of these branches which have very limited job prospects in India.
