If gay marriage and atheism were subject to the dislike of your God, such things wouldn't exist. Besides, all you are saying is that you deserve the right to judge and decide for others, but when the same is done to you, you should be the ones who get the sympathy. People do accept you as Christians, nobody except for you can change your beliefs, but when you use such a position to control the lives of others, that is where the line is drawn. Ryan M they exist because God gave us freewill. He wants us to choose him. I'm not judging. I'm just saying act like a grown person and stop whining. Read first Corinthians 6:9&10, read Leviticus and Romans, read about Lot and the city of Sodom and how the whole city was destroyed over homosexuality. That's where the word sodomy originates from. God wants us to choose to love him.

Plus, calling someone childish is judging. If your god really wanted us to love him and worship him, then why wouldn't he do something to show us that he really existed? Why would he rely on human beings to deliver his messages for him? Why would he give us free will in the first place, if he knew that there would be those who would disobey him? Why would something merely the size of a bible be enough to describe your god's will? If god hated sin, and sin is the result of free will, why would he let something that leads to sin, which he clearly despises, occur twice? Wouldn't he learn from his mistakes? How can you even claim to know this god's will if it it works in supposedly mysterious ways?

God Bless Phil Robertson who forgets that it is a sin to commit adultery, eat foul animals, eat shellfish, speak against anyone for anything saying everyone is sinning (but he doesn't sin...ever and never does no wrong.)

@ Fitzgerald when did he say adultery wasn't a sin? When did he say he hasn't sinned? A lot of the laws of Moses were to keep us healthy and modest. Most food can be cleaned now, and Jesus said that there is no unclean food. Homosexuality can still harm you in many ways.

All scripture is God breathed, and Jesus was the Word of God. Jesus was against homosexuality whether you believe it or not.

Jesus clearly states that the only way to get to heaven is by confessing with your mouth that Jesus does exist, that God sent Him to die for our sins and then three days later Jesus rose from the dead. Adam and Eve never existed. Original sin never entered the world. Jesus died for nothing. Your faith is, as Paul put it, in vain.

Paul did end up saying up in the bible that he did believe in Jesus. He also ended up saying that Adam and Eve is real after he saw Jesus. Later on in the bible Jesus said you believe in me because you see me. He said that to his followers. right now you're that person. And if you don't have any thing to say nice than don't say anything. Heres something you should try if you're up to it go to a church and talk and meet with a paster or priest.
