❤15 years later they are still a couple that honors God, so He continues to bless their marriage! I’m a 68 year old who was married 26 years to a Pastor/Preacher. I can tell you from experience, when a man loves his wife as God instructs in Ephesians, it’s a love that transcends everything. It’s hard to even describe, the God like love a man can have with his wife. The scripture states…for a man to love his wife as Christ loves the Church, WILLING TO DIE FOR HER. If you give her that love, submission won’t be an issue. Brother Phil loves Mallory as instructed by God! It’s obvious! They both glow when you see them together! He always makes it clear SHE is an important & vital part of his ministry! Mallory is to be 2nd ONLY to God! As long as they continue to have their priorities in order they can count on God anointing them……”Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.” Amen. Yea not happening these days. Nowadays kids will have had over 30 partners before they’re 20yrs old. Sad world we live in.

A lot of biblical folks would disagree with you. As many biblical men on scripture had more than one wife. And there’s groups that still do it now. I hear what your saying and that’s how I would look at it too but it’s also how I was raised. In the new test there’s a lot of “don’t worry about marriage the kingdom is at hand” or it will happen any time! But it never happened, and now we’re 2000 years removed. And we have Jesus supposedly recorded saying “these men won’t taste death till they see the kingdom coming in full”… well they all died and it never happened? So was Jesus just lying or was he wrong? Or were those words added into a dialog Jesus never even said? Well never know!
