I’ve been playing for almost 25 years… and I remember what it was like wanting to learn this basic stuff. And not finding people to help. I’ve been blessed to grow so much since then. But for those who need this kind of explanation, thank you for taking the time to explain strumming and chord formations all the way down to finger placement. I know you’ve taught tons and tons of people just through these videos. Thank you for your heart to teach future worship leaders and not just being a professional musician.

When I first saw Phil's "Worship from Home" video of Living Hope, and saw the inversions and shapes he was using, I had to know them. Contacted my son, an excellent guitarist. "Dad, he's in E flat, and so on. And I started zooooooming in on Phil's fingers to get it right. So when I saw THE TUTORIAL, I was out of my chair! Brother Phil Wickham, all I can do is smile, thank you A MILLION times, and say, Glory to Jesus. Worthy is the Lamb of God. Appreciate you more than you know for helping us, the body of Christ, to worship. Deeper and more intimate worship. Jesus, thank you for YOU, and thank you for Phil. Get your guitar's y'all!

Seriously. Thank you for actually explaining what the C shapes were. That makes the key of C so much easier to play. Those E shapes are new to me as well, so I'll totally be practicing those as well.

Thanks so much for this video, Phil! I typically play this song with regular D chords. I'm excited to try and use these chords next time. The voicings are really cool! When I have another guitarist with me, I try to give them the easier chords, but I don't always know the best voicings to compliment what they're playing. I'm looking forward to using these!

I just finished playing it with piano, version it is so amazing, I start from 09;300 at morning I just maki it after about 3and the half and hours to get it right, so amazing,,, amazing song and your voice is like angels voice,.
