This is a very old Norse song, used on the TV show The Vikings. Dan does a very amazing metal version of it. Thanks for continuing to feature Dan on your channel.

"My mother told me.... stay away from metal music" - that's what many say in the comment sections to his videos, and most did - before they heard him and other artists of this genre. Lucky me - I think my mother doesn't even know metal music exists so I was free to discover on my own. 😉 Great Cover and reaction.

This sounds so reminiscent of my teen years😅 Very musical parents but not my kinda music. The result being, me lying in bed with a small transistor radio under my pillow😂 So, instead of shielding me from the "evil" music😉they helped me onto the "long and windy road" to my absolute love for hard rock and metal(not all metal)

Hi Pamela, I found out something this morning from one of the reactors in case you missed it. When you hit SHARE scroll down to COPY and hit it. That shows the algorithm that the song is getting many hits and moves the artist up on KZfaq. We'll get more Dan!!

Philip...I love watching and listening to your reactions, but the last few that I've tried to watch, I just can't finish. The clips you are using are almost (shudder) a full beat OFF (behind) the music. So Dan looks (especially in the multi-shots) a bit like he's a puppet being jerked right AFTER the beat. Rhythm is a HUGE thing with me, and synchronization is EXTREMELY important with the actions that go along with it. Hearing and feeling one thing, and seeing something entirely different, is...just...OFF, and I can't do it. Too many years of making sure, in my own musical life, that everything is IN sync. Is there something you can do about this? I hope so, because I really DO enjoy your reactions. GRANDMA HUGS
