Referred to as the epistle of joy, Philippians contains the message that joy is possible in all of life's circumstances, including suffering. Paul wrote this very personal letter while in prison, and despite his trials, he rejoiced over the caring and generous church in Philippi and encouraged them in unity, humility, and prayer.

Brother Skip, this is a wonderful teaching on Philippians. I'm a senior citizen & have sometimes wondered if I still have a purpose. I felt there must be something because I'm still alive, but I'm a shut-in. This teaching has really given me hope & ideas of how I could be of use in the Kingdom. Thank you & God bless & continue to use you.

My name is Joy. I am trying to find peace. I have looked for comfort at all times with Psychiatrists, classes on DBT. I am not happy because I am taking TMS treatments too. All I Need is to ask for forgiveness

in regards to "Fruit" bearing ministries, sometimes that takes some time, and may look a little different from ministry to ministry. FCA is different than Ratio Christi, but both have their place.

1:40 - ... two men that went to prison for their sinful crimes.... vs. Apostle Paul that went to prison for the cause of the gospel (the most biblical thing a Christian can do).. and comparing them... o......k.....
