President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. firmly declared on Sunday that the Philippines would not yield to "any foreign power" following an incident where Chinese forces injured Filipino navy personnel and damaged military boats using machetes, axes, and hammers in the disputed South China Sea. However, he emphasized that the Philippines would never provoke a war.
Videos and photographs released by the Philippine military depicted a chaotic confrontation. Chinese coast guard personnel were seen striking a Philippine navy boat with a wooden bar and seizing a bag while sirens blared and strobe lights flashed blindingly. A rich and powerful China has done more to threaten neighboring countries. Instead of using it's wealth and power to be benevolent and caring to it's neighbors, it has acted arrogantly, claiming almost all of the South China Sea and parts of India. hmmm are you sure? Each major super power went through the same path which was - The process of states or regions being unified under a central authority, often involving the consolidation of power and the reduction of local autonomy. If a country was untouched, they tribes would end up allying with each other or consolidate by internal wars while another country would also go through the same... so perhaps what comes out of the ruling class ends up being the friendly ones but that's not what happens as each different groups will not see eye to eye. some countries just want to impose their views and we got rid of them, but now countries like china be hating on japan for being the bad ones, only turning into something like what they hated.

If my thought is right, is Taiwan the same problem of Ukraine about border, then in fairness Taiwan should stay neutral to avoid a war. General Bakshi, Keep warning and sharing. 👍 It's good to hear India preparing for a two front war, once the west is distracted in possibly civil unrest, that would be the time for other nations to take advantage of the situation and settle old scores. Using common sense and personal observation, I believe F16's (or any jets) are a poor strategy to use during war nowadays with the technology of missiles in terms of speed, cost, mortality, risk, & stealth. Missiles are far more superior, convenient, & less risky than any flying jetfighters. Of course if you were to deliver a nuke bomb however then it is a different story as you would need a bomber and jet fighters escorting it to deliver the payload with minimal detection. Doesn't Russia, NATO, and the world know this? That is why China or other countries have not invested in aircraft carriers or airfields that much because of the new missile technologies. Philippines & neighboring countries realized this and are innovating and heavily investing efforts in missile tech in the shortest amount of time.

Precisely.. This private court was held in a room in the same building as the ICJ. The judges were appointed by US and Japan and paid for by the Philippines. China was never present in the proceedings. In short it was a kangaroo court and the whole procedure was illegal. This exmilitary man is absolutely disinforming with false and twisted information.
