Hi Larry. Question. I offen see a person walking around with what looks like 1 or 2 large kettles and sounding a horn, probably notifing residents that he is in the area. He must be selling something. Just wondering. Thanks much.

philippine & indonesia has no difference between poverty and slum areas like this,, And what's even sadder is that areas like this are found in the middle of big cities or capital cities like Manila or Jakarta, Hopefully each government in our country can improve & organize so that there are no more social disparities & poverty in the middle of big cities
