Filipino food has so many inspired food other than the original that its nice to see them. like chinese, japanese, spanish, mexico and many more. I was just getting hungry seeing all the food.

Are they really ube? Don't be fooled, it's purple yam ( kamote na purple color) the others are coloring. Ube is a big root crop 10x or bigger than a purple yam.
