These are the Philippines' top 10 multi-Billion Infrastructure projects that will be completed by 2023 to 2028.
The biggest Bridge project in the Philippines is the Bata-an Cavite Interlink Bridge costing 175.7 billion pesos or around $3.6 Billion. Soon to be Southeast Asia's Longest Iconic Bridge, it will connect Bata-an to Cavite, spanning a total length of 32.15 kilometers.
New Manila International Airport. An airport designed to handle 200 million passengers, built on 2,500 hectares, as part of the envisioned 12,000 hectares of aerotropolis. This green Airport City will cost $15 Billion and will be built by San Miguel Corporation without any government Subsidies. The $7 billion fully underground mass rail transit project, stretching a 25.3-kilometer subway, with 17 stations, will run from Mindanao Avenue in Valenzuela City to the FTI compound in Taguig City, with a spur connecting to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The biggest Rail Infrastructure project in the country is the $15 Billion PNR North-South Commuter Railway project. Envision as a 163-kilometer sub-urban railway network. Connecting, Clark and New Clark City to Calamba City in Laguna.
The Makati Intra-City Subway, a 10-kilometer under-construction underground rapid transit line located in Makati City, Metro Manila, will link establishments across the city's business district, costing $2.5 Billion.

The construction of the 7.3 billion pesos Panguil Bay Bridge, is ongoing at full steam. This 3.2 Kilometer Bridge will provide direct access to Lanao del Norte and Misamis Occidental.
