Kaya nagtagal ang Marawi siege at inabot ng halos 6 months bago napuksa ang mga ISIS Inspired terrorist groups ay dahil wala pa tayong tanke de giyera. Hindi tulad ngayon na mayroon na tayong mga Ascod 2 Medium Main battle tanks na binili mula sa Israel at mga Atmos 2000 self- propelled artilleries. Kung ngayong kasalukuyang panahon nangyari yun matagal na ang 2 Linggo hanggang 1 buwan na kayang durugin at butasin yung mga buildings na pagtataguan ng mga teroristang grupo. At least on that 6 months experience the soldier is more capable now to fight in urban warfare. If that hapened in the jungle it would only take 2 days.. but because the fight is happened in urvan you have to consider innocent civilian that the enemy use as human shield, that is why it take for 6 months..

Yes it took us 6 months to take back Marawi City, but in Syria the most powerfull armies like the U,S. Russia and 9the Arab nation countries took almost years to take back Mosul, and if you recall you took almost a month to suppress the Militant in Sabah and ask the Philippines to blockade the reinforcement of the MNLF, and beside you will sought the help of MILF which you supported and funded to break away to MILF..
