Danke für die Anleitung, ich habe zwei Hue Go der zweiten Generation mit Bluetooth (7602031PH). Im Netzbetrieb liefen die ohne Probleme nur der Akku betrieb Funktionierte jetzt nach genau 3 Jahren nicht mehr. Dank deinem Video wollte ich zuerst auch die Batterie Tauschen. Zum öffnen habe ich die Lampe seitlich auf die Kante gestellt und mit beiden Händen und etwas Druck auf den Boden ist der Deckel raus gesprungen, ohne Werkzeug. Von innen ist die Lampe ein bisschen anders aufgebaut. Es wird nur ein T10 benötigt um die drei Schrauben zu entfernen. Nachdem ich die Batterie einmal abgeklemmt und wieder angeschlossen funktionierte sie wieder. Die Batterie ist eine INF18650 3.7V 2000mAh mit fest angeschlossen Kabel und Stecker. Hoffe mein Kommentar hilft den einen oder anderen. Schade das wohl nach 3 Jahren der Akku gesperrt ist. Einmal ab- und wieder an- geklemmt und es leuchtet wieder wie am ersten Tag.

This seems to be happen often. Toggling the connection to the battery fixes it instantly! Measured voltage on the battery read 4.17 Volts. So it has 100% capacity... Thanks!

Same to me. German Lamp after 3Years. War bei mir ganz genau so. T10 Akku abstecken anstecken geht wieder! …

Achtung hier wird das alte Modell gezeigt. Die Hue Go 2 hat einen anderen Akku. In der Hue Go 2 ist ein INR 18650 mit 2000mAh verbaut. Ich hatte auch das Problem, dass meine Lampen nicht mehr über den Akku liefen und nur mit angeschlossenem Netzkabel funktionierten. Nachdem ich die alten Akkus abzog und wieder einsteckte, funktionierten die Lampen plötzlich wieder. Offensichtlich hat Philipps (möglicherweise auch aus Sicherheitsgründen) eine künstliche Obsoleszenz einfließen lassen. Also vielleicht einfach mal den Akku abziehen und wieder anstecken.

Tengo la versión hue go Bluetooth tampoco ya no funciona sin estar conectada a la corriente tengo la hue go primera y esa sigue bien funcionando dises que la abriste desconectaste la batería y se la volviste a poner (la misma que traeo una nueva) y te siguió funcionando te rinde igual el tiempo de encendido

Hi. It seems to me that there is no such possibility without destroying the housing. You can probably try to lead out the wires for connecting additional batteries, but it is quite troublesome and will probably not be aesthetically pleasing.
