Hi Philips. If you only use beans and never use pre-ground coffee, is it then still necessary to use the coffee oil remover tablets? Thanks for your answer :)

This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact kzfaq.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

Hi Philips! Doesn’t this machine has to be regularly cleaned from the limescale using Philips Descaler CA6700?! It’s not mentioned in this video at all, any reason for this? Thx

@@Philips Do you mean after 500 cups or 5000 cups? As far as I remember, it says 5000 cups in your product descriptions on your website.

Yesterday my water filter was 0% and today I swapped it for a new one. When I wanted to set new filter in menu, there is only Calc clean option available Filter1/8. No way I can tell my express about having new water filter. Does anyone encounter this? It was the same before and I chosen calc clean back then but it was way too early for that as I used only 5 filters so far.

Hello, our LatteGo stopped to do automatic rinse of the water after the start of the machine, instead of this only steam is coming out from the side of the machine where brew unit is located. Do you know why?

@@Philipshello! my model is Philips Serie 5000 EP5360/10. the first time i did the clean (i bought on december so i think i did it on february)on brew group it was sticky, its supposed to be normal? im doing the second time clean but i dont know yet.
