Many bad reviews on Amazon for this otg, people posted photos that the heating rods are bending .. this oven should have 6 heating rods for proper wattage distribution

Main bhi jab dono rods wala option select kar raha hu to charo rods nahi jal rahi hai... But heat andher kafi hai.... Pata nahi mera otg kharab hai ya nahi... Pigeon ka hai 40ltr ka

Thanks for the review.I bought the item recently but in its first pre heat mode, I heard tik tik sound quite a bit and it is irritating too. Could you tell me is it temporary or recieved a detective one.

Yes. Tik tik ki aawaz ati hai preheat ke time par. Main batana chahunga ki jab preheat hota hai to iski body heat hone se ye aawaz aati hai aur aapne notice kiya hoga ki ye machine ko off karne ke baad ye thanda bhi jaldi ho jaata hai. Iske ander ki body almunium ki hai jo jaldi heat 🔥 hoti hai aur thandi bhi, wo heat hote waqt aawaz karti hai.

Please confirm the width of the product. Amazon says 37 cms. But for the bigger model it says 33 cms width. My platform is 34 cms wide only. Please confirm the width.

I measured it, width is showing 28 cm. Here I want to clear one thing, Width mean depth and that is 28, and Length is showing 46 and height is 30 cm as I measured.

Don't worry. Starting me thoda awaaz aati hai jab preheat karte hain. Actually bahar se steel hai and under se bahut patla aluminium sheet se bna hai and jab heat 🔥 hota hai to aluminium sheet se starting me preheat ke time me thode si tak tak ki awaz aati hai

Nhi bro. Nhi hoga. Ye bahar se heat hota hai. And jab band kar doge to thanda bhi bahut jaldi ho jayega. Glass break nhi hoga. Ye itna temprature aram se jhel leta hai.

Agar aapne ye online liya hai to aapko apne order me jana hai waha par Invoice download ka option hoga use download kar lena. Isme 2 years ki warranty milti hai to aapke invoice date se 2 saal tak agar koi bhi dikkat aaye to philips ke service center me ja sakte ho invoice le kar.

Aap grill mode me 2 min ki setting me khana garam kar sakte ho. But agar aapne ishe khana gram karne ke purpose se liya hai to main microwave suggest karta.

As per my requirement, It is more than enough. As you can see in the video I had made cake, pizza, tandoori chicken & fish etc. But you want to make 2 pizza same time Or need big size oven other then go for 36 Litre.
