Update: runtime is reduced to half due to wearing off of semiconductor chipset. I got a runtime of 15-20 mins on single charge of Duracel 900mah while cutting hair. Twice the same thing happened.

I also got those plastic flaps that seem to come out of nowhere, and don't look like they where broken from anywhere.

Took me a while, but I found it. Took pictures before reassembling, in case you still need it. But basically these flaps "show up" if the little square toothed spring has jumped out during disassembly. Those tabs go under that square spring thingy. Slotted side by side, in that little wide hole, rounded tips facing the backside of the trimmer.

Mine shows battery low after 10 years working, but I have disassembled the shaver and measured the voltage of the batteries and it was good. They were 1.28V each one. I put in two new batteries and still shows battery low by red led flashing. I put in the new ones fully charged, like you in your video, but I didn't plug in the charger like you in your video. Maybe I have to do the same? Or will it be another failure with my shaver?Do you have an idea why this happens? THANK SO MUCH in advance! Good Video!

After replacement backup is about 5 minutes ..i used it for about 5 -6 time more and now its even not working ...some problem came in the chipset ..!! So better go for new trimmer instead of spending more time and money in old one ..anyway u get emotional when u see ur grooming friend dead after using it for many years😢😅

Ya sure.. vibration is because of the empty area between trimmer head and blade, you can put a rubber band on the trimmer head so that when you place the blade it will fill the empty area.

@@000abhay my heating issues and charging issues are solved after 2-3 charging cycles. And, the trimmer is working like new since last 1 year. You may try once again with 750mah batteries.

Is it safe overnite charging. I don’t think it’s wise to mess up with the system. Batteries can explode.. and waterproofing authenticity is now no more. After using trimmer under water please don’t try to charge immediately. It seems too risky.
