You don't need the zonite charges 😮. If you don't have any, they'll still let you complete the challenge.

A horde sometimes spawn near the ranch ruins in hyrule fields it’s close to lookout and jiosin shrine

if you complete the questline in hateno village to open the clothes shop you can reacquire all clothing sets found on the surface and sky islands by talking to cece. each piece of the glide set costs 4000 rupees. in addition if you sell any pieces of clothes or break unique weapons found in the depths or from amiibo you can reacquire them by spending poes at bargainer statues in the depths. has to actually be one down in the depths though, not the one at lookout landing.

2 levels of cold resist gear. The snowquill set can be found in Rito village, and it's yours as long as you have enough rupees

you need a full set to get the set bonus, but it still helps you glide if u just have 1 or 2
