Crossovers can't ruin anything. If you don't like the concept, don't watch it, simple as that. Find something meaningful to whine and moan about if that's what you feel like doing. I'm sure a lot of kids will enjoy this.

To those who think Phineas and Ferb is gonna ruin Star Wars, I have one request; GROW UP!!!! Star Wars has been parodied countless time by other shows like Muppet Babies, Family Guy and Robot Chicken to name a few. But when Disney does it, let alone Phineas and Ferb you think THIS is gonna ruin it? Why are you guys judging something THAT YOU HAVEN'T SEEN YET?!!! After seeing "Mission Marvel" and how great (it has flaws but it is still a great crossover) it was, I trust Dan and Swampy with this. Plus it does look like they are doing something different when it comes to Star Wars spoofs. At least give it a chance, If you don't care or still think this is gonna ruin Star Wars, which is load of crap, then don't see it and let the people who are looking forward to it enjoy it.

NO IT ISN'T!!! It is NOT and NEVER in canon with Star Wars. It is just a fun non-canon story that would not harm Star Wars in anyway. Just like Family guy, Muppet Babies and Robot Chicken did it. But you guys wouldn't know that. You guys would just jump the gun and say that this is gonna ruin Star Wars even though it is not in canon with it in anyway. And don't give me the "It is in canon with Star Wars cause it is owned by Disney" crap! It has been proven that it isn't by the creators themselves. Plus just because Disney owns Star Wars now does not mean EVERYTHING Star Wars related that Disney does will be in canon. THINK!! Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars is supposed to be a fun special that is not supposed to be taken seriously. And people like you don't get it and will complain about everything no matter what.

I do know what it means. It means that so many people are complaining over stupid things like this crossover "ruining" Star Wars which is complete and utter bull crap. How can you know if it hasn't even aired yet? Did you guys forget that other shows like Family Guy, Muppet Babies, and Robot Chicken have parodied Star Wars in the past and people did enjoy them? And don't you dare deny it, they do exist. How is Phineas and Ferb parodying Star Wars different? This is something that is not supposed to be taken seriously and have fun with it. That is something you guys don't get.

Just saying, you seem to have a strong opinion about phineas and ferb, yet, and I can not know for certain, you don't look like the biggest Star Wars Fan. Just stop and think for a moment, for some people Star Wars is Something they have grown up with for years. It's a part of there child hood. I don't think it will ruin Star Wars, but it does reimburse the same feeling of utter shock and disgust as when Disney first purchased LucasArts.

All 6 Star Wars movies were released by 20th Century-Fox and Phineas and Ferb Star Wars crossover episode will going to have John Williams' original musical score and Star Wars sound effects created by Ben Burtt at Skywalker Sound.

So here is what I am upset about. It's not the fact that they made a parody of Star Wars is bad. It's the fact that they added the characters from A New Hope ALONG WITH THE CHARACTERS from the show. In other parodies like Family Guy Star Wars they had them actually be the characters, instead of having them go along with them. I realize that this is not cannon, but I am still upset that they bought Star Wars to make this.

Star Wars survived crossovers with The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken. It survived the Droids and Ewok animated shows, the Ewok Adventure movies, the Lego Star Wars movies, and the Holiday Special. Star Wars will be fine.

You have nothing to worry about. This is a non-canon comedy special, nothing more. And I wasn't trying to make you feel bad for being young. Heck, I wish I was eighteen again. You're probably even too young to know about the 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special, in which case I'm REALLY jealous of you!

All Jedi have lightsabers. They even say it in the original trilogy that it's the Jedi's weapon. As if the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy wouldn't have one. By the way, I did pay attention to Ep V (my favourite of the whole series) and Yoda never said that the Force was to be used instead of a lightsaber. You use the two together.

actually, lucas was the one that created star wars. he created from the further trilogy into the first trilogy. Lucas did what he wanted to do with it and he's done with it.

The show's hard enough to watch by itself, not to mention they did a freakin' Marvel crossover last year, but is the show really that desperate that it has to cross over with a beloved film franchise? The only consolation I can find is that none of the actors from the movies are doing voices in the crossover.

You don't get it Mr. Wizard. That is the best part of the crossover, that they are NOT playing certain Star Wars characters. I didn't want to see another retelling of Star Wars that that been done to death by other shows. Having them as themselves interacting with the world of Star Wars makes it a much better story and in a way something original that the Star Wars parodies haven't done before. Personally, it's better this way.

I'm 30, and I think this is a good idea. So it has nothing to do with age. But since you brought age into it...you're too young to remember, but as other people have pointed out, Star Wars did *three* crossover episodes with Sesame Street in the eighties. Disney isn't doing anything Lucas didn't already do. Plus, Phineas and Ferb is a really smart and funny show, with well-developed characters and brilliant absurdist gags. Their take on Star Wars will be MUCH funnier than Family Guy's.

Literally every single character in Star Wars was George Lucas's character, every movie has good and bad, and without Lucas there'd be neither. Besides, I didn't think the prequels were that bad. They had a moving story combined with amazing special effects and great acting from Samuel Jackson, Ewan McGregor, and Christopher Lee.

I don't get it either. I am looking forward to this crossover a lot, heck a lot of people are, but some people judge it like it is going to ruin the Star Wars name, which is a load. Did they really forget that it has been crossed over with many shows before? But still, it is coming out next month and I am looking forward to it. ^_^

Um let's see um Jar Jar binks. The whole prequel movie saga episodes one -three. Let's see releasing it in blue ray but putting scenes in it that made it look terrible. Adding the dude that played Anikin in the new trilogy as vader at the end of the return of the jedi in the blue ray version. Can I go on? George lost his way and I am thankful that Disney bought it and has passion in it. I'm sorry but it is true.

Take a good look at this prequel haters. This is happening to our beloved franchise. Sure George is not an A+ director. Sure he should have left the OT alone for the most part. Sure he approved of the worst character in existence. And sure most of the expanded universe is for the sake of money. But this, this "THING" is the result of Lucas giving the franchise over to a much evil power. Ever since I saw "Mission Marvel" I knew disney was going pull a stunt like this with Star Wars and I have been dreading it. If you thought Lucas abused the license you haven't seen anything yet.
