Holy shit dude, it's almost like I wrote this comment. My brother was murdered on 4/20/23. I started having night terrors so I basically stopped sleeping the entire summer. .depression anxiety adhd and ptsd. What a shitty mix. I'll be 5 years sober in January and honestly, I'm struggling 😔 oh and I'm a single mom of a 5 yr old with no support system. Good luck man.. I know how hard it is to make it through the day. But you're doing it. ❤

I'm 28 and been going through it for over a month which I won't vent about. I as well have terrible adhd since a kid. I realized I've drank every single night for 30 days straight just to sleep and feel normal as weed just puts me into a panic attack. I found Phix roughly about a week ago and enjoy his music
