They have to get back to running the ball. The years we went to the SB '17 and '22, we were primarily a running team with good defense. That's the formula for the Eagles.

They picked quite the OC if that's the case. Kellen has struggled to run the ball when it's the obvious solution.

As good as those running teams were in 17’ and 22’, I would actually challenge that the passing game was better. It wasnt the focal point of the offense but was easily the reason the team went so far. Run game set it all up in my opinion.

I’m thinking Siriani thought he could just air it out like in madden! This offense needs a running game to set up the pass also trying that without any motion and no play action! C’mon . Not sure if that came from the top or our coordinators were just trash and Nick allowed it?

He’s Jalen Wentz! He had more talent than any QB in the league last year and he couldn’t beat a blitz. That’s not just coaching. He was sliding early, seeing ghosts and missing wide open receivers in key moments. Then he comes out in that presser and has the same meh attitude and you can tell he doesn’t think he’s the problem. If he played mediocre football the second half of the season we would’ve been hosting the nfc chip and then who knows. He’s had one incredible season and 3 mediocre to poor seasons and that presser tells me he thinks we are the problem not him.

I do worry about this. Love Jalen, but he needs to take some accountability. He knows he didn’t play well last season, he needs to own it, and strive to get better, like he did from 21 to 22.

Your last sentence....sounds like he was right considering what you wrote. You think we would've been hoisting the NFC championship trophy if he wasn't mediocre in the 2nd half of games??? What team do you know in the history of the NFL, a team does that with the 30th overall ranked defense? Go. I'll wait.

what does a pressure tell you exactly, that he can regurgitate nice things to say about your opponent and your coach..oh yeah, Jalen took accountability. saying it and meaning are two different thing. oh and 3 yrs of playoff football is mediocre?? as a young player. damn, I mean Peyton Manning didn't win his 1st playoff game till 6 yrs in. we'll see, he beyond his yrs in accomplishments already. it will come.

@@neetrab hosting not hoisting. Very big difference. And yes mediocre play could’ve overcome that dreck defense because of how much talent is on that offense. He has the most talent in the NFL to work with and he couldn’t move the ball. He missed wide open guys regularly and fled the pocket without pressure. But I guess you’re right and me and Baldy are wrong😂😂

@@user-qw7xq7ni9p Payton wasn’t surrounded by this kind of veteran overwhelming talent like Jalen in year 3, 7 teams did not make the playoffs from each conference when Payton played and the NFL was a different game back then. It was harder to play QB. Jalen being ranked in the mid teens through out his career other than 2022 which I mentioned above is the definition of mediocre. Ranked 23 in 2020, 17 in 2021 and 13 in 2023. Mediocre.
