The radar on the M2K-5F is actually one of the best radars in the game. Once you get a lock with it, unless they get a perfect notch it is pretty much impossible to lose track

530D is challenging to use but it is actually slightly better than Aim7M in the range of 3km to 15km (high alt) or 10km (low alt)

@@kommandantkillcode as an air main,, air rb got boring as hell, it got to the point where i wasnt playing it because i liked it, but just because i like planes more than tanks and i only look forward to new additions in air now, the mode is in dire need of a revamp, for top tier at least, until then ill be playing ground mostly, or air sim here and there

@@molstad182 For me, air RB hasn’t gotten more boring at all. Probably because I fly a variety of aircraft, and my favorite one is an underpowered one (the MiG-23M) so I have fun expressing my skill in it. I do want a revamp to Air RB for it to function like Enduring Confrontation, as I think that would be much more fun for players, or at least as a mode on the weekends.

Definitely my favorite top tier jet atm, I love the MiG-29 & Yak-141 but the Mirage 5F is just unmatched in dogfights, I can't wait for it to get MICAs later on after everyone gets Aim-120s and R-77s.

I’d love to see a revisit on the m728 cev- it’s a hesh slinger and does what a hesh slinger does but what you don’t expect is that it has fantastic armor for 7.0 and is nearly invincible against a bunch of its enemies

Love the mirages. Just wish they had correct missiles, or the missiles they decided to put on it were vaguely correct. 9Ms should not be more effective than magic 2s, alongside the SARHs just detonating off the rail if they decide you didn't launch absolutely flawlessly.

You should never use the mirage-2000 with a full fuel load. Instead use 20 minutes and use only a first stage afterburner most of the time, also the engine is very efficient but if you use more than 20 minutes of fuel the difference in performance is crazy.

Its a matter of playstyle imo, i run full tank w/o drop tank and its perfect for me to lurk around the out skirt and still have enough fuel to get away if i get into a tricky situation late game

As a mirage 2000 main. He should've brought two 530D's. They are by far the best missiles. The magic 2's are for clean up kills. Wild he put only magics on board.

Waaait so one of the top tier content creators for war thunder and 100% the reason why I and so many others even got into this game was cause of his content, has to wait for sales too buy premium jets outta his own pocket to do reviews like this!? I run the mirage 2000 and I’m typically the only French plane on the team 💀. I also end up being the last player alive due to being the only one not flying ground level straight into battle. Yes, I still space climb on some maps, people don’t expect a mirage to sneak up on them from above since they’re locking f-16’s and migs on the deck

I request a video on the He 100! It's stupidly fast for 1.7, can hold 550+ km/h at deck no problem, excellent climber, only downside is it's engine likes to burn so keep an eye on the temp. Not too OP, and super fun! Bring it to a higher br for a challenge if you want (day 22)

But why are you taking so much fuel??😂 Takes 20 minutes, it's more than enough with the 2000 and in addition you will gain maneuverability for dogfight.
