Kudos on Phoebe for not letting Monica overshadowing her. The difference between those two is Monica likes to be in charge have everything neat and perfect but Phoebe is completely the opposite. She likes to be fun, cute and creative. She wow everyone with her brilliance that no one care for Monica. Good for Phoebe I’m proud of her she stood her ground like cup queen the ice princess🦋🎶🥂

That’s why they are a good couple, he knows her long enough and understand her insecurities caused by her parents’ horrible favouritism to indulge her whim, and she understands he needs to embrace his inner child for having a short childhood so she goes easy on him than most people. Considering how bossy and controlling Monica is, it’s nice that to Chandler she gives him more freedom than the rest of the group.

Yes, she does have her controlling side but she doesn't expect that of other people. Like in the beginning she didn't realize she took all the party responsiblities, she didn't do it on purpose and proposed other things she could've been in charge of, and she let Chandler fill up on snow cones despite feeling dejected. Like she has her side but she never does it with ill intent its just unintentional

I just love the cup decorations, they seem creative. I always like how Phoebe is just like a savage boss in the end. And for what she did to get back was totally what Monica kinda deserved it, since they were supposed to be in charge of the party together. And we all know Monica wanting to be in charge and control. The whole cups and ice was justify. Just shows that don't mess with Phoebe in some ways.

Tbh, while I do love Monica and Chandler’s relationship, I hate how the writers exaggerated Monica’s bossy and obsessive nature. Especially when you consider the fact that Chandler is her partner, so it kinda makes her come across as abusive.

@@n19ntendodsit was hugely detrimental to Chandler as a character, and a big reason why he just wasn’t as funny in the end. It felt like he wouldn’t crack a joke, that he used to without even thinking, because he was scared of Monica’s reaction…I suppose it’s kind of a natural progression, but I just didn’t like it, purely a personal preference

I mean you could say it's the same the other way around, like when she told Chandler that her matre d was the funniest guy ever and realized how hurt he was, she purposely changed her attitude because she was scared of hurting his feelings. Not to mention the whole shark sex thing that she was prepared to be okay with, and giving up her dream wedding dress, willing to move to Tulsa with him because she would be away from him too much, etc. Like yeah she can treat him like kind of a kid sometimes but she's also willing to let go of her rigidness to make him happy. Not to mention he also takes the reigns when it's necessary. For example, telling Monica he likes maintaining her when she get's all uptight, comforting her when she is ashamed of her messy closet, convincing Erica to give Monica children she's always wanted, reprimanding Rachel and Jill when they broke her plates, etc. So yes, the dynamic can be a bit uneven at times, but when it matters, either one can take hold of the relationship to comfort the other.

I like how even tho Chandler may be rude, cocky, judgemental, and sarcastic, he didn’t mock Phoebe for her cup decorations. That just proves he can be a sweet guy when he chooses to be. Like at 0:56 and 0:59. Then again, he was probably only pretending to be impressed, since he actually didn’t wanna hurt somebody’s feelings this time, but still. The effort is appreciated. 👍

Chandler may be sarcastic, but he isn't mean. It's pretty clear that Phoebe's cups and ice were pretty well received at the part and people enjoyed them. He wouldn't mock something that Phoebe enjoyed and succeeded at unless he had a reason to be petty. He doesn't, so he is genuinely happy for her. And we know it's genuine, because he's legit giddy about the snowcones to the point of running off to get one without so much as a second glance at Monica's food.

Really dislike how Monica never learns from her constant hijacking of other people’s parties. She does it to Rachel’s birthday party in ‘Two Parties’, this birthday party for Rachel AND, worst of all, PHEOBE’S OWN WEDDING. Never was I more satisfied than when Monica picked up the melted remains of that ridiculous ice statue off the steam grate.

In my headcanon sequel series that never happened, Phoebe (and Mike) moves to the suburbs along with the Bings and continues to be Monica’s catering business partner while Monica and Chandler try to raise their twins and avoid their annoying neighbors Janice and Sid. (Joey lives in the Bings’ attic, and Uncle Ross and Aunt Jennifer occasionally visit, especially for holiday gatherings.)

From what I can tell slush puppies are a prepacked commercial product. Snow cones are basically freshly shaved ice, flavored with any number of syrup flavors, artificial or natural. They're sometimes prepackaged commercially as well, but its usually more fun to get it made on site.

Make food people eat that most people eat monica not fancy weird tiny stuff like a party for others to enjoy not just yourself. Phoebe made a lot with just little, dry ice cool fun,cubed ice for cold drinks and shaved ice for snow cones and good decorations with cups creative and cups to hold drinks.
