Penny did find true love. Her 1st husband Alan the hippi, until he was murdered. No one has been able to fill the void completely then. So it brought her wisdom to help the sisters to avoid suffering the same fate, and made her a strong and powerful witch in her life. Unfair, but served a purpose.

Not all souls are reborn , some maybe and some not . And for the Wiccaning it’s only really for matriarchs of the line so it goes back to Melinda’s time. So they would be dressed as according to era they lived in

Why wasn't their grandmother reborn? We know that the sisters had a past life and a few months later Prue was sort of reborn, but that doesn't work with their grandmother. also their mother was not reborn. and also, when they illuminated White, the grandmother summoned the spirits of the ancestors of the Holywell family, the descendants of Melinda, for initiation, why were they not reborn? If they died very recently, then why were they wearing dresses from past eras?

Maybe cause it’s a choice. If they’re reincarnated, they’ll have to say goodbye to who they r, the relation in what way of their families, etc.. All to live again as an *entirely* new person. Piper’s son’s name is spelled Wyatt.

@@Leo.whoaaa In comics, continuing from where the show left off, with a s9 and 10, Prue returned by possessing a soulless body. After the original soul was stolen. U said they offered Shannon a chance to return? I didn't know that.

@@sifilore9462 Shannen answered a fan saying she declined the offer cuz the way they were gonna bring Prue back did not seem authentic enough for her. The video is called "Shannen Doherty talks about if she was ever asked to go back to Charmed"
