kyuki mom ka kaun sa 50percent jaega ye random hota hai. ek gamete me jo gaya net me jaruri thori hai ki wahi same wale phir se jae probability very less yaad karo meiosis me metaphase1 me they arrange in random manner not depending on ki bagal wala chromosome kaun se cell me ja rha to aise both mum dad ka same 50percent nhi milta

Why are we doing bloting here ?we could have also done by staining the fragments in ethidium bromide wnd then expose it to uv lights? Is there any specific reason as to why we are doing blotting?
