Passionate and determined? Definitely. Misunderstood? Maybe. A villain to some, a visionary to others; Phoenix Academy founder Craig Butler is today enjoying the fruits of a labour of love; and quite a labour it was.

DJ Frossaholiks Tv. Necessary Jamaica just a top academy Jamaica can’t be more successful by developing player and sell them to clubs it’s a win win the player eat the academy gain and mentain there training and development programs and the national and handful a player to choose from, Ricardo Gardener is good exam of how that can work after the France98 he have a 1million dallar transfer from HVFc to Bolton Wonderers fc now that money went two way HVFc get percentages of the transfer fee and Gardener get share! now just imagine if talent player out a Jamaica was getting sign like after every world since France98! just imagine most of the clubs that the player played for could benefit like HVFC when they had transfer gardener to Bolton, and mind you the local don’t really get that much help from as far as sponsoring goes especially back then it’s a little bit better now but it can be way better the way Jamaican love football we suppose to have a decent league the red strip premier League is good but as far as stadium and field goes they need to step that up

After seeing this i now understand him a alot more. He's right to stand by his principles and standing up to the JFF. I don't blame him for wanting all his boys to be considered doe the mens national team. He knows their quality, but the JFF is working off favouritism n stifling the youths them because they dont know the gold thay they have in these players, yet they want to only pick who they feel like

Craig Butler has decent qualities. He has been though a lot too, just like the average Jamaican. I would say, sometimes he should be more tame, and in that same respect, many of us Jamaicans need to be tame too. Fight the good fight, and it's not always gonna be clean. In a way I appreciate, and deeply respect the ambition, the family that is Phoenix Academy.
