Hello, Phonak Phriends. I have the waterproof Audeo Life aids but "unplugging" the 4.0 receiver wire from the aid is not as easy as it appears in this video. Is there a plier tool that can grab the tiny nub better than bare fingers? I'm scared to tug on the wire for fear of breaking it off. Thanks in advance.

So we just pull on them? I don't like that... but I keep dropping them and the custom molds keep breaking. Really annoying. It's like the plastic is made of glass...
