We do not provide test preparation for that exam. We focus on the Praxis exams. There are many similarities among teacher certification exams regardless of state. Wouldn’t onset rime actually be, S-tick?

No. The onset is the consonant or consonant cluster. In this case, st- is the consonant cluster. The rime starts with the vowel. If you separated the word with just the s, the rime would have to start with a consonant, which would be incorrect. Thanks for watching.
