I hope this works i had kids mode on the tablet and forgot pin and what email I used to set up kids mode. crazy thing is I have had the same email for 20 yrs and this saved me for sure did a whole factory reset. Thank you so much

My problem is I signed my tablet up with a "parent" account that works like a double verification code.. I haven't used my (Verizon/Samsung Tab A) Tablet or the Email account in over a year & I'm unable to reset my phone with out the PIN or Email
