Great work 👌🏻👌🏻. Who knows, maybe somewhere down the road knowing how the first image came out might inspire you to do something you normally wouldn't have done.

I really wish somebody would do a video that actually explained how to do this from start to finish because every video I watch I put in settings that they have and nothing comes out looking good. I just don't understand this man. I swear to God nobody on KZfaq makes good videos. I'm in the process of learning my 50 want laser and when I do. I'm going to make the best videos anybody has ever seen actually explaining step-by-step how to do things. My God man. It's like every video is absolutely pointless.

Isnt increasing the frequency removing the most material and not the other way around like you said?
@user-bx9hy4ht7j2 ай бұрын
The lower the frequency, the harder it’s hitting the material.

Can't get black on aluminum with my 20w
@RrLl-br5eb11 ай бұрын
can you briefly summarize the steps again, what exactly is necessary so that it no longer reflects?
@jjengraves22711 ай бұрын
Yeah sure. First you want to engrave the surface area where you are putting your photo. Use high speed lower power. A square or circle shape works well for this. Once your surface area is engraved it should look a lot lighter than the material around it. Then engrave your photo at a lower speed and higher power over the surface you engraved previously. Hopefully that helps!

@@jjengraves227 thank you very much! Can you recommend rough settings for a 20w laser with 110mm lens that I can start with?
@jjengraves22711 ай бұрын
@@RrLl-br5eb I have a 30w so mine would be a little different. I usually run my photos at around 200 speed 65-75 power Around 600 DPI The surface area engraving I run 1500 speed 45-55 power
