Just realised there's a page flip instead of a shutter sound for each image, very enjoyable touch.

As someone from a very cold and snowy place, it’s always a pleasure to see people’s reactions in this type of environment. Seeing that whiteout and quiet street is pure bliss! I loved seeing your reaction to the night festival too. Photographing snowy landscapes at night is the best! It’s freeeeezing but so worth it. You can get some real otherworldly images. Great story with the hell hole, and well done for pushing yourself to go visit even if you were apprehensive. Next time bring a beanie!

Hey Ulysses, I wanted to let you know that you have a special gift in capturing scenes which transcend a moment of nostalgia. I used to live in Tokyo for a bit over four years and did very much the same as what you are showcasing here; while it might won’t make sense to anyone to travel so far off, climbing mountains and sometimes risking lots of money and health, it just makes sense for yourself to have lived through this experience. I know it because I also did videos and spend so much time and money and in the end I am so grateful for it. I love your color grading and the rawness mixed with your personality. Please continue capturing those moments as I truly believe that having recordings of yourself is a great asset and treasure. If I happen to move back to Japan, I will ping you. Check out my stuff as well please. Much love from Germany.
