Students and daa'ees must guard against the distractions of celebrity culture and the pitfalls of harshness in dealing with ikhtilaaf issues. It is crucial to adhere to the principles established by our pious predecessors when conveying da'wah and to follow the guidance of our noble scholars. Confronting matters of ikhtilaaf within our religion necessitates upholding virtues such as patience, respect, and open-mindedness.

Why do these clips from the masjid cause so much controversy. The sheikh was clear in what he said. Ppl should stop nitpicking certain words and phrases and understand what he is saying as a whole

Assalamualaikum, I have a question that is related to livelihood. Can I be a photographer and take graduation portraits? Given that I do not take pictures of haram.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته I advise you to stay away from photography except after you have studied it and it’s ruling, and what goes around it. If there is no need for it like a passport(which in those cases there no argument in) And than it is likely printed on top of that. It is dangerous to say the least. Taking pictures of haram is not the topic, we are talking about pictures completely. Just like how drawing a bird with your hand is haram.

Yes, Shaykh Suleyman, like other scholars, is not an angel. Some scholars are teaching in universities sitting together with Ashari scholars; otherwise, Allah doesn't command you to find out the sins of people; Allah commands you to rectify yourself.

An exception does not bring about a ruling. The ustadh did not mention sheikh Ruhaylee or anybody else specifically. He was speaking from a general ruling

I seen Ustadh Abu abdulaziz from east london take a picture with shaykh Saleh ala shaykh and other shaykhs aswel, you wanted examples of scholars here you go. You guys on this channel always try to push it, just relax and stop magnifying issues and declaring uniformity on issues.

@@misterbk1791 ⁠⁠ bro i wouldn’t have mentioned that had he not said “bring me one salafi scholar”, I know they are not a proof, but using them to justify his weak point is what I am pointing out. There is no need to blow it out of proportion.
