In the Video Description, right below the KZfaq video window click on ...More. Then you will see the whole description. In the descrioption look for "Download Photoshop Elements Project Files" to find the page for the download files. Or you can find the same link by clicking on the KZfaq cards in the upper right corner of the video screen.

You are right, this isn't a beginners video. This isn't something I would recommend a beginner trying, best to get more familiar with Photoshop Elements first before trying something more advanced like this.
