Hello, I have been a great fan of yours and have tried lot of your recipes. Love it. My crab ghee roast however becomes very spicy and gravy gets really thick . What can be done ?

Ghee roast is meant to be thick where masala sticks to the protein for spic reduce pepper n short chilly quantity u can add lil jaggery to balance

U can't kill the crabs like that, u have to tap on the top with the knife or any object, it will go unconscious afterwards u can clean.
