I spent the whole covid time living in a room just off soi 2 which you showed at the end. I frequented W District. I never ate at the Mexican place because he always had people outside touting for business. The BBQ skewer place is excellent. My favourite Thai is Jamnong, which was closed when you made this. I often ate at Kosmo. During covid, this precinct was badly affected and many businesses didn't survive. I tend to eat at the places who battled through it and who I got to know. Thanks for showing my home area in Bangkok.

Wow! Thanks for the insight. I had a great time at W District. They have a lot of good choices and that area is awesome. We considered moving to a condo just being the W District but chose On Nut instead. I’m glad you commented. Thanks again

I lived in Phra Khanong for a couple of months. I love W District! I’m relieved to know that the Mexican place there is good. Being from Southern California, I had my doubts.

W District is a gem! Yes, the place is pretty solid. SoCal native to native, my standards are much lower nowadays but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. If you’re in BKK check out Cholos Tacos. They do a decent birria taco in the Asok area! 💪🏾
