one correction : left phrenic doesn't pass through the caval opening of the diaphragm . it pierces the left dome of diaphragm . The right phrenic nerve runs through the venacaval opening of diaphragm. correct me if i am wrong .

Find a pain doctor - and try Stellate ganglion injection - or ogre if nerve injection. May take a s few injections to “unwind” the nerve pain ..
