You mentioned it's difficult to clean the plastic turntable for curing if you get resin on it. You can also sand it down and use an acrylic polish with a small buffing wheel. You have to be careful not to get it too hot from friction since that will create more issues. Much easier to use plastic wrap like you said.

Yeah too much hassle. Plastic wrap is faster and cheaper.

Thanks for the info. Does the wash station reverse direction in the middle of the wash? The Elegoo one does have the time clockwise, then the other half counter-clockwise. Im just wondering if the Phrozen does that also? Thanks.

What have you found to be the best way to clean the wash container? Do you dump it into another container and cure/filter the particles after each use?

Put a piece of black tape on sensor area so you can turn it on without lid .

How well does it do the bottom or do you put it in a different orientation again later?

Sorry i dont really get the question. But i usually just put it in. Leave it till finish. If the object hollow, after the cycle finish, i just rinse the inside several time manually.

Hi Denny, How would the drying compare to using a compressed air to blow off / evap wet alco?

If you want faster job Definitely using compressed air is faster. But this is good if you hands are full with other work, put, set timer, and let them dry

@@wangdennys Thank you for the response. I'm currently sourcing out products for my next venture. I will be printing X-One from BlueCast and their curing procedure involved drying off with compressed air according to their demos. Not sure if this method would work with their product and expected results.

If you soak the supports in hot water for a few minutes, they come off much easier. Just be careful not to distort the object when taking them off. 👌🏾

Pretty cool set, nice review but I would like a cover over my IPA tank. There is UV around, printers, lamps and also sun in sommer, indirect light will cure it also over time. I know from my supports which i didnt remove for 2 weeks, they got half cured by sitting in my basement not even close to my window. Good products but they skipped the thinking for the last 10% again. There are always small issues which create big trouble for the user, like the super small curing plate, firmware, switches on back, not flate plate on washing machine..could be used for general mixing and not only 3d prints. Also alot of stealing from Anycubic, metal parts, rotor, container...
