I remember going to Karpos live back in 2019 here in the Philippines. He sang an unreleased version of this, specifically the "i want to be nice to you" part. I still remember how soothing his voice was and how it gave me goosebumps. Phum is such an amazing guy.

my god i adored this video from the first. its so wonderful and so heartbreaking to imagine your best friend you've known since a newborn growing up before your very eyes. learning to trust them as an adult, seeing them having their own kids, when to you they're still the baby who struggled to walk and you could hold in your arms. something so bittersweet, it breaks my heart and mends it at the same time.
