Your basic overly complex phun simulation. The goal is to turn the done sign at the end using water from the beging and no user input. Keep in mind no motors are used. The entire thing works because the water is poured into the funnel at the beginning

he meant no user input in the contraption itself. he didnt turn any wheels, tip any rapms, etc. the reason they helped the tanker was because if they hadnt, it wouldnt be able to continue, and not be able to finish. DUH!
