You're looking at it wrong, it doesn't require some grand collusion like some people suggest, I've seen lawyers who claim to understand how corrupt the justice system can be pretend like when people say that he's getting railroaded it means Joe Biden himself is doing it when nobody is claiming that. All it takes for you to get railroaded is for the local Judge/cops to not like you for whatever reason, that's literally it, happens everywhere all the time which is why some of the lawyers who are 100% backing the states case are absolute scum of the earth, they've built their online careers going "oh look at this case where the prosecution is insanely corrupt, look at that case..." they even all watched Rittenhouse get railroaded hard by an insanely unethical Prosecution. The other thing that pisses me off to no end is the mouth breathers (not you just in general) who keep whining about him not "taking accountability", any and EVERY person who says that is on the mental level of a lobotomized person. Obviously he won't admit any fault at any point HES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CASE.

Contemplating on the nanny, as I recall she was a live in nanny and had worked for them for a few years and supposedly she was one of the 4 people mentioned by the pastor as having come to him with concerns about the kids. As for them needing 2-3 drivers to take the kids to different things, they still had Nick and Kayla to drive as well as April plus their oldest kid is 16 apparently and should be able to drive too so shouldn't have been all that stressful.
@ReviewFeltOntario
@ReviewFeltOntario 11 күн бұрын
All the driving becomes more stressful if you think about it from the mind of an addict. More time driving means more time away from drinking because he (hopefully) didn't do them at the same time. And if anyone wants to dispute he's an alcoholic, before the arrest he would get drunk on nearly every stream and it clearly affected his performance. In any other career someone who repeatedly came in to work drunk would be considered an alcoholic

When it comes to the 9 year old getting retested because Nick requests it, the government will mostly likely say no because regardless of how the results came about, they got the test they wanted that will help their case. Retesting with the possibility of providing a conflicting result to their narrative isn't in their interest. The government is all about winning against you, not justice or best interest of the children, just winning.

@@netflooder263 I work in a drug test lab. We take the hair directly from the subject and it goes thru a chain of custody. We take several samples. We always test it twice before the result is even given to the court. It takes 5 days before the drug will show up in your hair and will stay about 90 days. That means the person ingested it anywhere between 5 to 90 days prior. You can test for further out than 90 days but that is a completely different test which the court might order as a result of the follicle test.

K so not a fan of comments etc But…. Here goes, I’m a child therapist and court ordered supervisor/ child advocate… I have a background in pharmacy and worked at children’s hospital before switching to child/ developmental consulting and therapy… I am NOT saying this did or did not happen… if interested a quick research dive into the testing process and the Chem used for stripping and processing the hairs for testing, sample comparisons, etc. I have personally seen a high false positive for cocaine on a child ‘s due to the above. Opinion: the result would make me retest twice. Current unprocessed sample and seek an additional new sample as many factors impact it like hair dye, thickness, damage to follicles, hair structure… I can go on and on so in the rare case that all current samples defective, compromised, or contaminated, I would retest and get new sample and test… I would do this for all members of household or at least the minors. Again, just pointing out a possibility that is not as uncommon as people think but not at all claiming this is the case. Regardless retesting is a must… denying it is sus, damages the case should there be nefarious or intentional endangerment, and that is somewhat of a win currently for N. One child having a high-ish… no she wouldn’t be dead, yes higher results on younger children happen sadly, )- result but nothing for the other children? No retest? That is odd

State should just retest and if pos test new sample and then it is concrete!

I’m around for Lawtube so thanks for the update cuz that’s what I said, you see a result above 1000 in a child and retest.. but even low positives are double checked and secondary sample is used. So two positives only leaves a weak sample Contamination of all samples.. or it is intentional and the evidences has been tampered with. Hope this lab is tight with their chain of custody.

The driving the kids around shit has never made sense. Mrs Rekieta doesn't have a job so there's no reason she can't make all the stops and he keeps saying they live in a small town so just get up early and drop off the older kids and stay with the smaller ones. If there is such a severe schedule conflict then as cam said say no we can't do that. But all this does is make me think Mrs rekieta can't drive for some reason, no license or revoked or something. Especially if you're telling me you need nicks and a nanny's help escorting these kids around for this schedule, that's fucking idiotic and out of hand. And Nicks always vague about it, never detailing about why the schedule is so rough, and I don't think he's ever said Mrs rekieta drives in these scenarios or why she can't do it with the nanny's help that he also needs to, for extracurriculars? GTFO.

Yes!!! Happy to see someone else bring this up. I got into a huge argument with this woman during a stream last month when I realized: stranger, internet, who cares- move on. So Rekeita said his kids are home schooled by his wife, which I found quite impressive at the time. But then other stuff just didn't make sense: like some of the kids need to be driven to a class or activity for a class, which left me thinking "didn't he say his kids are homeschooled?" And then as I watched him more (this was 2022) he'd be sharing about all the driving around for the kids, 80 miles a day in kid activities, etc. My thoughts went exactly where yours did: where the eff is the mother? And isn't homeschool conducted similar to a school where kids are taught lessons and then have class work to show their learning progress? That's at least a few hours per day the kids would be at home doing schoolwork anyway, not galavanting all over town and accumulating 80 miles a day for dad's vehicle. Then there's the magic word: NO. And thisnis where mother of 3 and I got into words. I don't have kids. Because I didn't reproduce, I dinztnunderatand what it's like for the harried and broke parent who did and signed their brats up for every activity they pitched a fit to have. Dancing, soccer, swimming, martial arts, art club, day camps, etc. No time to pee and no money for things like vacations and stress stress stress. Well gee...I don't have kids but I was one, and I remember the word NO. No because we didn't behave well, no because we don't have the time right now, or no because we couldn't afford it. I don't understand people who cannot financially or time-wise manage 18 kids activities but capitulate to their kids like they're kissing the butt of a slimey boss at work. Her response was that I am incapable of understanding why parents must give in to child demands...and I just left the convo. But my point still stands- why do grown adults not manage their households and kids' activities within their means? Why do they not hire taxis to ferry their kids to and fro. Guy's a millionaire so it isn't that they can't afford it. Then you have mommy who does nothing. They had a live-in nanny/housekeeper (before the blonde), and you have to think what does the mother actually DO?

Cody and Carried (sorry I didn't read all of your wall of text, stop when it got too much) clear up the homeschool point: Not sure how it works in the US of A but here you have a "hub", basically the govt. where you go for guidance and whatnot. You are also with a "school" of other homeschooled children. It's not just your sprogs. This means it is entirely possible you have three things going on at once, especially that he has children of ranging ages. Just two is a handful but if you have 5/6 of them ranging from nursery (you might call this kindergarten?) to high school then even the school TIMES are different. Even when homeschooled. As I mentioned earlier you go to a "hub" and you get this guidance. I would be surprised if america (US of A) are vastly different to us with this mechanism. Small town point: Now you get culture differences here. Here our "small" towns have all you need relatively speaking but due to space I am gathering we are all huddled together. So I am not sure what activities they are doing to even constitute them going off for hours on end. But it is entirely possible due to the point of ranging ages and what the children want to do. Children: themselves are also a flux in the schedule. Are they well? are they unwell? do they want this or that? Maybe they don't want to put on their shoes this day or that day for some unknown flipping reason. You never know. So you can (and will) be behind most days because of your sprogs. No doubt about it (Meatloaf song insues). He repeatedly said during the "interview" the nanny left them without reason and suddenly. That clears up most other points. ps you may have children but it's not as simple as you are making it out to be. Without going into personal details about me, you can definitely have clashes. We were lucky I guess to also have neighbours whom helped us, so we never needed a hired hand. And so was never let down.
@DebasedAnon
@DebasedAnon 12 күн бұрын
The main problem with your argument here is that its 5 kids of varying ages that all do very different activities at very different places since they're homeschooled. If they were going to a public school it would just be "ok drop all the kids off at the school at the same time and they all go to their individual activities" but when you're homeschooling the activities in question will be at various different places that are meant for said activity. On top of all of that there's also the fact that the nanny left which can definitely throw everyone schedules out of wack. My guess is the nanny and Mrs Rekieta were doing pretty much all the driving and they split who each of them drove around since, as i mentioned before, its 5 kids with 5 very different schedules and locations for where they need to be, nanny leaves and now Mrs Rekieta can't possibly do it all at the same time unless they'd drop off the kids extremely early and have them sit there and wait so Nick himself had to do half of the driving and there you go.

@Camelot331 you keep harping on the accuracy of the test because it is only supposed to test the follicles of the hair. But to do that the hair has to be processed to wash away any potential residue that could mess up the result. It is this process that is highly controversial that also needs to be disclosed to verify that the test was done correctly. This means contamination on the hair is a legitimate source of a false positive.
