To think theres any romantic chemistry here is, realistically, creepy and weird. Plus, theres nothing unprofessional about this physical exam. Of course theres going to be a lot of physical contact. They should both be able to put any feelings aside as responsible adults. Her hands up his shorts was not sexual, it was part of the assessment. If you think it was sexual, you need to reevaluate your perception of sexual activity.

Doctors normally don't do as in-depth an exam because there's no need. You don't check the lungs if ypur knee hurts.

As a patient, I should expect a head to toe inspection per year in my opinion similar to what is shown here. Otherwise, what's the point of her doing this inspection at all if it doesn't have any real world application?

Because most the time they aren’t supposed to. She won’t actually do any of this unless someone specifically comes in for a head to toe exam. If you want a head to toe exam, call and make an appointment for a head to toe exam, don’t come in complaining of arm pain expecting them to do all of this.

these are more for the nursing students. Theyre recordings to practice real-life examinations and to send to their professors, so they just cover everything in one go, not that an actual patient would need every examination there is

Why on earth would you ever need this full exam anyway? Its unnecessary. This exam is a combination of lots of different examinations from your healthcare provider will decide which is neccessary. There's no point checking for your abducens nerve if you have abdominal pain.

@@psps2034 this is a school assignment; she said at the beginning she’s enrolled in an advanced nursing course and she’s filming this for class- we had to do this for my speech class in college too you have to record your speech (or in this case assessment) and post it on KZfaq so your classmates and professor can see it and comment/grade it

But then i saw the video, and looking at the name of the channel i remembered about the video of the cranial nerve examination of Pat la Fontaine, when the doctor says "i apologize for my sandwich breath".. On just about every medical asmr video I see it seems like a race to be the first on to comment about "sandwich breath" form the Dr. James Kelly/Pat Lafontaine video LOL. Its like an inside joke that only medical asmr fanatics would get. There is also "it was your face" and "red in the face" from the same video. Some of the comments I see from people are laugh out loud funny.
