I think this widget needs to be renamed. Maybe to "Shadow" or something. PhysicalModel is not an intuitive name

What's a difference with BoxShadow? Looks like just a convient wrapper with a weird name. You'd better make an InnerShadow widget. Currently there's no way to create inner shadows; I can't reproduce the design exactly because of it.

It's more helpful to create Inner Shadow, Icon Shadow, Clip Shape Shadow, or Bevel and Emboss effect..with animation in it. They still too expensive and complex to create by hand..

Does this work for any specific shaped childs? or is it only for rectangle and circle shapes? If that's the case, I don,t see much use for this widget since we have BoxDecoration for those already.

Box decoration is a property of container. With this widget you don’t need containers and ez to implement

I've noticed a lot of the naming of flutter objects is highly abstract, and not memorable. Related to this obscurantism is the splitting up of classes in to a forest of subclasses. It's a major hindrance to knowing what to do, not helped by the docs that don't give enough context, cross-referencing to related objects or examples. In the good old days, a component/widget would have all its properties on its surface, or at least sub-properties would be visually presented (think VB or Delphi) and easy to navigate through with your mouse.

If we are using, margin, padding and so on and need to do this kind of stuff, we can use container's boxshadow else, if we are in need of boxshadow and other decoration we can go with decorated box. If we have only this effect around our widget, we can use it. depends upon the usecase

Rename PhysicalModel to ShadowBox. PhysicalModel has ambiguity. no one thinks about shadow. it directs mind to gravity, momentum, morphing, speed, velocity
