@@user-tf5sg4qw1v First of all, that aircraft is not the A321, and second of all, the aircraft that was taking off had just began rolling on the runaway while there was complete chaos in the control tower and everyone was aware of the situation. In a real life scenario a person with just average reflexes could've commanded the pilots to abort take off. And the plane that was landing also had enough time to go around judging by the descend rate and altitude.

If its like this in real life the plane would already exploded but if its lucky it should not explode

I’m a pilot and here is what’s wrong. The pilots seem to let the ATC be the pilot. The captain or whoever is controlling the aircraft can perform a go around. This recently just happened. 2 twinjets nearly collided when the first jet was supposed to land. It was landing on the taxiway, but it was due to the fact it was very dark outside. Had they collided, a few more planes on said taxiway would've been decimated as well.

You don't. It's called reduced takeoff thrust. It's actually quite rare to take off while using maximum thrust.

@@Jack-1595 Turbofan and Turboprop engine aircraft use it most often (but not limited to those engines) to reduce wear & tear on the engines and reduce fuel consumption. Hence why the name reduced takeoff thrust.
