maam, irregular menstrual cycle এর জন্য safe period counting টা একটু explain করবেন প্লিজ.... thanks for all the classes....these help a lot🤩🥰

Thanks. Calender method ( safe period) is not applicable for those women who have irregular cycle.

Thank you so much. It is difficult to calculate safe period in case of irregular cycle. Because the day of ovulation is 14 days prior to next cycle. So how can you calculate in irregular cycle?
