I've been in and out of shape all of the time. When covid hit I started doing a bulk and working out. But I wasn't working consistently enough and eating good enough to see any real results so the fat just kinda stayed and I was going through a bad breakup and addctions and alot of other stuff. But recently I've found myself being the strongest and best feeling I've ever felt in my life. I've been in shape before but It was for all the wrong reasons but as I've matured and I'll continue too go down this journey, I'm going to do my best to stay true to what I want and only compare myself to myself and never do anything to impress anyone again. Only myself.

It's all about body positivity. Being comfy in your own skin 💯 as a skinny fat guy I always struggle with this, because even after losing a shit ton of weight I still have moobs. (Might actually have gyno ngl). At the same time tho my upper chest has developed nicely and I have crazy vascularity there. Honestly I'm super vascular in general, Upper chest, shoulders, biceps, forearms, quads and calfs (I also have big calves due to going from fat to thin. A 30kg weight loss does wonders) But yeah, once you start to see yourself for who you are and not what you are, life improves. We can't define what the world thinks of us, but only what we think of ourselves.

Furthermore, they’re getting paid substantially and getting all of their supplements for free. Not all that many. I got all my supplements for free for years actually until Covid And the companies had to stop sending stuff out.

Yessir, this is the way🤙 For the longest time I wanted something that wasn’t realistically attainable for my body type, it drove me crazy… then one day someone came up to me in the gym and told me they wished they had my build.. couldn’t believe it.. that interaction made me appreciate what I had.. I started focusing on betting as strong as possible and just cleaning up my diet.. much better results from that point forward.
