OMG!! You were amazing!! read every link and did all the free tests!!! I am a captain! I am so happy! thank you so much! such a good video! Guys you need to take all the tests!, practice! and read the JD from your employer (very important) and do the test on his blog!!!!!! I now just have to wait until they call me haha but I think I did pretty good :) Thank youuuuuuuuu!!!

These test's are ridiculous! And too many companies put way to much stock into this.

That's why, as a prospective employee, it's a good idea to prepare ahead of time But also, sometimes they are helpful - if you're more of a leader but you're hired as a secretary... Probably not going to be a great fit for you or the company

@@rrrrrfffff Actually experts who have reviewed these types of tests were found to be subjective (at best) . . It also tells me personally that the interviewer, has little to no confidence in their own ability to make a competent hiring decision. That's coming from someone who has full cycled onboarded employees before.

@@1stAirwave either little confidence, or not enough time/too many applicants. I can see this being used as a shorthand supplement to weed out applicants to really big companies and/or highly desired positions Not saying it's good, but I think it is more helpful for the individual taking the test (to help determine if the job they are applying for would be a good fit for them) than it is for the employer to find a good candidate

I have passed the initial interview for a big company which gives very good offer, however a failed this assessment. So sad.

Haha. The test is stupid. I checked off some things that were not me just for experiment. Failed everytime. I didn't want the job. Esp when they do this stupid test.

I know my profile is true and i only apply for jobs I know I qualify for. I get a response, but the response are these tests. I can never get passed them. I don't trust the employer if they don't trust me.
