Looks great. I am also seeing the seams between floor boards and walls that seem a little large and irregular. Is that intentional? How's the craftsmanship on these houses?

That's a very nice home. I would like to build something like that in Missouri, U.S. If so, how much would this home cost in USD? Is it possible to make a bigger house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths? Is it possible to insulate well or put on a concrete basement?
