This song is actually about the life of someone on a diet... They offered him pie, and he ate a little, but then they kept trying to feed him more, getting more aggressive and aggressive... When he runs away from them, he's actually running to the police station to ask for protection... But the pie-people get a time machine, and go back in time to restart the situation. However, instead of changing it, they just make time go way faster, resulting in the same everything just sped up...

This reminds me of this book about Pi, it's at least 70 years old, my dad told me he read it in high school in the early 60s, it's impressive what they knew back then, at the local library, it's just digits of Pi in small print, over 300 pages of it, and then at the end there's "..." and just all of that and still the fact there's more really puts into perspective how impressive Pi is.

in grade 8 I learned about pi and I knew it the most because while in grade 6 I listened to your first pi song and memorized it. now I'm in grade 9 and I'm planning on memorizing this too.

Great. Good timing. A couple of weeks ago I decided to do it and had it done the next day. I doubt I'll ever do a 200 digits version though. This is about as far as i can take it and still keep it an engaging song, I think...

Kid:*has 70 memorized the day before the real competition* Me: ahaha *cracks knuckles* I got one night to memorize this *let's do it* Them out of the year that he memorized even more I decided to do the next 20 for good measure. Ended up only doing 114 but he got 96 so it was worth it 👍👍

This is a silly question, but do you think you'll ever remake one where all of the numbers are their names? I learn numbers better the way your original video is phrased as opposed to this one. (ex: 2, 6, 5, 3 instead of 26, 53.) TIA! 💓

My 7 year old has me sing this to him every night before bed. He and I both memorized 100 digits but that isn't good enough so he has been using the song to add numbers and is up to 120. Thank you.

Am I the only one who feels unsatisfied with this? Only just found this edit, and I expected the numbers to follow the pattern, but instead of three point one four one five nine, it continues eighty three, twenty seven, ninety five When memorising more than the original song, I continued with the tune and the pattern and expected this to be the same :c

No one will EVER believe me. I accept that. I will live the rest of my life knowing NO ONE believes that the video length of 3.14 wasn't deliberate or noticed. The song itself is shorter. If I had done it deliberately, I would have made the song 3.14 minutes long. But still it's cool the video came out that way by chance. :)
