people cannot handle this much style. really. that's what it boiled down to. people do not appreciate the art that this aircraft represents. rich people are usually stylistically dumb.

Not Ferrari engine or engineering. They have Canadian Pratt and Whitney engines they call it the Ferrari of the skys. Because of the performance. It's banned from a lot of airports because of the sound sound it makes, in my opinion it's political

Not sure why you guys are calling this a light jet in your thumb nail. It's a Turbo-Prop or Turbo-Jet. However, light jet specifically refers to airplanes that utilize internal jet engines in a certain size and weight category.

Are they, Piaggio, still making them? The only short coming I have seen is that they have no external servicing of the lav. I think the original was so noisy it was banned from some airports and now that is it quieter it still has that "curse." even though it no longer deserves it.

Since the EVA came on line they, Piaggio, has only sold about 16 EVA's. That number may be a little off but it seems Piaggio has never lived down their lack of customer support. Just my uneducated opinion!

It's quite interesting, it should just have been a single piece carbon fiber balloon with jet engines instead. The Eclipse twin jet has better fuel economy than the piston twin Baron and that just means nothing but jet should be entertained ever. One of the many drawbacks of turboprops is that the Piaggio is not welcome at many airports because of the extreme noise it produces.

Making it quicker than many aircraft, what as opposed to boats ? Had you have said, making it quicker than many JET aircraft it would have made sense.. and its an over done phrase...
